The Rev. Michael Schuetz, S.T.B., is a priest of the Diocese of Raleigh. He earned his Bachelors of Sacred Theology at the Pontifical University of St, Thomas Aquinas, Rome, Italy, in 2015 while in priestly formation at the Pontifical North American College, Vatican City State.

The prayer line ministry has been active for over 40 years. We have two groups, daytime and evening. Over 60 volunteers from Our Lady of Lourdes and Sacred Heart parishes pray for serious intentions called in to us. We pass these intentions along via telephone. There are no meetings.
We are a parish of approximately 2,400 households, and our parishioners come from all parts of Columbia, Missouri and the surrounding areas. We are one of three Catholic parishes in Columbia, along with the St. Thomas More Newman Center and Sacred Heart Parish, and are a member parish of the Diocese of Jefferson City.

We will leave from Our Lady of Lourdes in a DOTS shuttle at 11AM and spend the day in St. Augustine. We will visit the Basilica, walk along St. George St, shop, visit the museum, have dinner and take the night of lights tour.
